Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.
Standard delivery — 2–3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48
Express delivery — 1–2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24
All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping is free on all UK orders over £50. Orders below £50 are charged at £3.95 for standard and £5.95 for express.
If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where applicable, issue a replacement or full refund.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tadjoura order.
You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Due to the nature of fragrance oils, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
To initiate a return, email us at support@tadjouraparfums.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This applies regardless of our standard returns policy.
Please contact us at support@tadjouraparfums.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue where possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
